In 2020, NAIFA launched the Blueprint Chapter Leadership Training, a dynamic Chapter training program that covers a myriad of Chapter related topics. This year, we have undertaken a comprehensive review of the training and are relaunching the program with great new foundational information in an easy-to-use structure. It’s an essential program for newer leaders and a great refresher for experienced leaders.

The Blueprint Chapter Leadership Training is now broken down into a series of short videos – which can be completed in less than two hours! Available content includes:

Governance & Chapter Operations

- Board Orientation
- Strategic Leadership
- Chapter Finance/Compliance
- Succession Planning

Governmental Relations

- Advocacy
- Grassroots
- IFAPAC

Marketing & Communications

- Branding

Membership

- Building a Membership Team

- Utilizing the Membership Department

Professional Development

- Creating Events for CE Credit

- Planning In-Person Events

Participating in the training is an investment not only in yourself as a Chapter leader, but in your Chapter as well. Thank you for your continued dedication and support of NAIFA!
