New to the [Chapter Playbook](https://leaders.naifa.org/chapter-playbook) this week - a Why Volunteer for NAIFA flyer! As we continue through the nominations and elections cycle for 2026, this flyer will assist you in your recruitment efforts of new volunteers.

The flyer outlines the top five reasons to volunteer:

- Make an Impact
- Expanded Your Network
- Grow as a Leader
- Share Your Expertise
- Give Back
