As you likely already know, the NAIFA Strategic Plan is a carefully developed document, built through an extensive process of recruiting a broad representation of our volunteers and staff from all of the components of the enterprise. During this process, the committee laid the cornerstone of that plan by identifying three Priority Goals that form the framework for the 2025 Strategic Plan; which are:
Under each of the Priority Goals, a list of Desired Outcomes was then developed to be a roadmap for NAIFA’s Executive Committee, Board of Trustees and Staff on how the committee felt we could best realize these aims for the success of the organization. Each year, NAIFA’s Senior Staff meets to review these outcomes and formulate a Business Implementation Plan to ensure that our focus and operations remain closely aligned with our strategic goals and outcomes.
At our National Leadership Conference, every attendee received a copy of the NAIFA 2025 Strategic Plan, as well as the 2023 Business Implementation Plan. Since then, many of you have asked how you can participate to help achieve our Priority Goals for NAIFA by 2025. To that end, we have developed a Chapter-Level Business Implementation Plan, utilizing the same process that we use for generating our headquarters version, to highlight the role the Chapter can have in this ongoing process.
We greatly appreciate your enthusiasm and support of NAIFA’s Strategic Priority Goals and Desired Outcomes, and look forward to working closely with you so that we can claim victory by 2025, and harness that success as we begin to approach the next strategic planning cycle. And remember, Together We Can Take on Anything!
