This year, the [National Leadership Conference and Belong](https://apex.naifa.org/registration) awards gala have been combined with NAIFA's Apex to create an extraordinary three-day event. As always, the NLC and Belong will celebrate NAIFA's leaders and recognize extraordinary members. Please join us and encourage all NAIFA members to come as well so that we may properly honor our 2024 award recipients, including:

- John Newton Russell Memorial Award recipient **[Matthew Tassey](https://at.naifa.org/matthew-s.-tassey-is-2024-recipient-of-john-newton-russell-memorial-award) of NAIFA-Maine**
-  Terry Headley Lifetime Defender recipient **[John Ruckel](https://at.naifa.org/naifa-texas-advocacy-standout-john-ruckel-to-receive-naifas-2024-terry-headley-award-0) of NAIFA-Texas**
- NAIFA Young Advisor Team Leader of the Year **[Kathleen Owings](https://at.naifa.org/building-financial-confidence-in-women) of NAIFA-Colorado**

We all want to pack the house on behalf of Matt, John, Kathleen, and of our esteemed awards recipients. Register today to be a part of the celebration!

Apex, the NLC, and Belong will be September 19-21 at the Arizona Biltmore.
