Are you a State Chapter Executive Director? If so, you can earn $5,000 by increasing your membership! That's right...if you are a State Chapter Executive Director, you will receive $5,000 from NAIFA when your Chapter achieves 3% growth from EOY 2021. This incentive will run until December 31, 2023. Full details include:

• Available to ALL State Chapter Executives.
• $5,000 cash bonus for reaching Chapter Membership Goal.
• Chapter Membership Goal is 3% growth from 12/31/2021.
• Can use National Growth & Development Team for 100% Agencies and Financial Security Champion deals.
• No cost or deduction from Chapter-portion of dues.
• Issued as 1099 payment in name of the Chapter Executive and cannot be converted.

To help track your progress, Chapter Executive Directors, Presidents and Membership Chairs will receive monthly updates coinciding with the release of the official membership report. Results will be based on membership numbers at the close of business on December 31, 2023.
