What if I change my mind?
Cancellations can be made by emailing NAIFA Member Support (info@naifa.org) or calling 877-866-2432. There will be a $100 fee for cancellations made by Friday, September 12th. Cancellations made after September 12th will not receive a refund. NAIFA will only issue refunds for conference registration as indicated in the Cancellation Policy. NAIFA assumes no responsibility for expenses or fees incurred for cancelled airline tickets, hotel accommodations, or other travel related expenses.

Where can I store luggage?
Arrival – can be stored at the hotel bell stand prior to check-in
Departure – can be stored at the hotel bell stand OR if you are departing on Tuesday, October 14th you may bring with you to the meeting location. We will have an area set aside for your luggage.
