System Issue Notifications
Please note that we've received word that YourMembership, the customer relationship management system that is our member database, is experiencing intermittent issues. The company leads us to believe that these system interruptions will persist for the foreseeable future as they work out the root issue and resolve it.
Please note that we have a new pop-up box that will appear on all Join and Renew pages. If you have a website on our HubSpot platform, you will see that this is automatically applied to your site so that your members, should they be in process of online renewal, will see this as well.
The pop-up leads members to utilize the 800 number to call NAIFA Nation member services, email info@naifa.org or to use the Live Chat feature in the bottom right to speak with one of our member services representatives supporting NAIFA Nation.
