A new resource was added to the Local Chapter Mergers & Dissolutions section of the Chapter Playbook this week! Along with a PDF outlining the process for Local Chapters to merge or dissolve, this section of the Chapter Playbook also includes template dissolution letters for both the State and Local Chapter to use.
As mentioned in the Local Chapter Mergers & Dissolution document, a review of the bylaws is necessary to determine any processes or procedures that must be followed for merger or dissolution. If a membership vote is needed, a Local Dissolution Script should be used.
