NAIFA New and Returning Membership Numbers on the Rise
With the combined efforts of NAIFA’s dedicated field leaders, staff, and Board of Trustees, NAIFA’s new and returning member totals have exceeded the recent record posted in 2019. Individually and combined, the new and returning numbers exceeded 100%. Together the yearend total will be between 110% and 115% of 2019.
A polar bear reacts and interacts with one of the harshest environments on the planet. During 2020, NAIFA copied the lessons a polar bear teaches by responding and interacting with 2020. NAIFA redesigned its Membership Team into four units. Each unit focuses on a specific area of membership growth and all interacting with NAIFA’s other departments.
Other non-profit business associations will indeed be looking to emulate NAIFA’s business model. Unfortunately, they would be hard-pressed to emulate the strength of NAIFA’s leaders and staff.
