NAIFA CEO, Kevin Mayeux, CAE, kicked off September’s Chapter Staff Meeting with greetings to Chapter Staff in attendance. A discussion regarding the need for funding and resources for NAIFA operations then kicked off.
NAIFA’s new Grassroots Director, Kim Durcho, was introduced to Chapter Staff last week. Kim briefly spoke on her work experience previous to NAIFA, and alerted Chapter Staff that talking points are available in regards to the reconciliation bill.
VP of Member and Chapter Services, Corey Mathews, CAE, provided Chapter Staff an update from the road as NAIFA-New York embarked on a week-long Member Experience Tour. Corey touched on:
