On Monday, NAIFA kicked off a week-long leadership training program for state and local chapter leaders, with keynote speaker Bob Harris, CAE. Bob, who is known around the world for sharing best practices and promoting sustainability of associations and chambers, presented, "Building Your Best Board," to more than 150 leaders from across the country.
