A message from NAIFA CEO Kevin Mayeux:

Dear NAIFA Leaders:

The final NAIFA 2030 Strategic Plan, as approved by the Board of Trustees in Phoenix, is now available here.

Thanks to many of you for submitting fantastic and forward-thinking input over the summer months. As you may know, the plan initially was drafted by a cross-section of NAIFA members, staff, and industry professionals who served on the strategic planning committee, then reviewed by a stakeholder review team, and enhanced by further feedback from you, as well as our past presidents, general membership, and our internal staff team.

NAIFA 2030 is a roadmap as to what NAIFA’s leaders and members want us to become in the months and years ahead.  Next up for the NAIFA staff – building a blueprint/straw man as to how the staff plans to sequence our work then building out annual business implementation plans, budget, and accountability measures so we stay focused on delivering what our members and key stakeholders want.

Thanks again for your input during this process. Your thoughts and insights were invaluable as we considered where we are, where we need to head, and what NAIFA can do to provide rich value to the profession and the larger financial services industry.

Best regards,

Kevin Mayeux, CAE
