Welcome to NAIFA Blueprint Leadership Training

Get Ready for a Week of Intense Inspiration

We're delighted to hold Leadership Training the week of October 19-23 from 2-5 p.m. Eastern each day!

To make it as easy as possible, every session is virtual over Zoom so you can join from your office, your back porch or your favorite comfy chair. We do ask that you join with your camera on, if possible, so that we can see each other.

Here's How It Will Work:

We have recommendations for which sessions you should attend based on your role within your chapter. This ensures that your Board gets information pertinent to the job at hand. While you can attend any session you want, we've outlined a path for maximum impact.

There are two days with breakout sessions--Monday and Friday. Every other day is general seating, if you will, and all are invited.

Zoom Links:

To make it easy, we will send you an email at 9 a.m. Eastern each morning on the days that you selected. You will receive an email with a one-click button to join the session.

Recording of Sessions:

Yes, we will record all sessions and offer an on-demand archive after the event. We would love for you to join in real-time if possible, as we expect these sessions to be interactive through discussion, chat and polls.

Have Questions Ahead of Time?

If you already have a question or topic that you want covered, let us know! Send to leadership@naifa.org.
