Recording Now Available: October Chapter Staff Meeting

PAC Director, Stephanie Sheridan, began October’s Chapter Staff meeting with a call to action. PAC is seeking 600 contributors between now and December 31 in order to achieve a 20% participation rate. Chapter Staff should begin reaching out to their lapsed and non-contributor lists to meet this goal! In addition, Stephanie reminded Chapter Staff of year-end PAC deadlines.

Corey Mathews, CAE, VP of Member & Chapter Services, began his update with a rundown of the National Leadership Conference. The NLC schedule, registration fee, invitation list, and purpose were provided. Corey also spoke on:

  • Chapter Leader Empowerment Training – Now Available!

  •  Chapter Action Plan Update

  • Local Chapters vs. Affiliate Chapters (Dissolution Materials)

  • Budget Tool – Coming Soon!

Corey also announced that Julie Harrison’s last day with NAIFA was on Friday, October 15. Julie served as the GR State Chapter Director.

VP of Marketing & Communications, Suzanne Carawan, then provided a sneak peek into 2022 by announcing new opportunities to get involved! A new Chapter Marketing Media Team is currently being developed, as well as several new staff-drive committees. The Membership Team will also be expanded in 2022, in addition to a flexible call schedule. Suzanne also introduced several members of her team:

  • Leslie Schiff, Digital Marketing Manager

  • Randy Clark, Senior Director of Membership Outreach & Engagement

  • Betsy Miringoff, Membership Recruitment Specialist

Lastly, a big shout-out was given to NAIFA-New Mexico for their spotlight in the next edition of Advisor Today!
