During February's Chapter Staff Meeting, NAIFA's new Policy Director Maeghan Gale was introduced! Maeghan's role will be to conduct research and analysis, as well as develop and coordinate advocacy policies and positions. Chapters can use Maeghan as a resource to help support their policy and analysis needs.
NAIFA's Director of Marketing, Emily Cabbage, provided updates on several resources from the Marketing and Communications Department:

- Brand Book to be Revamped
- Membership Sell Sheet
- NAIFA Connect
- Award Applications Now Open
Zach Levin, NAIFA Chapter Services Manager, provided a deep dive into the NEW Chapter Coaching Program. As announced on the call, data collection will begin TODAY and will end on Wednesday, March 31.
