As we continue to look forward to a successful 2021, the Chapter Annual Report will be released at the beginning of January. In order to prepare for this report, we have created a list of documents that each chapter will be asked to upload. As a time saving measure, we suggest that chapters begin to locate these documents, and store them in an easily accessible location.

- Affiliated Foundation Charity or For-Profit Subsidiary Entity/Entities
