During July's Chapter Staff Webinar, State Chapter Director, Julie Harrison, provided attendees with an overview on the new NAIFA Bill Tracker powered by Quorum. The Bill Tracker will allow chapters to track bills of importance and send legislators demographic information before meetings. In addition, the NAIFA Bill Tracker can even be embedded into chapter websites as well!
Julie also spoke briefly on Cision, the backbone of the Advocacy Action Center. Cision tracks legislator relationships, grassroots alerts and can even pull lists of members in certain districts.
As usual, VP of Marketing and Communications, Suzanne Carawan, joined the call to give Chapter Staff an update on what to market during the coming weeks including a special NAIFA Live in August and the Advanced Practice Symposium.
Lastly, VP of Member and Chapter Services, Corey Mathews, CAE, introduced the fully formed Chapter Services Team and the new initiatives the department is working on to support staff and volunteers.
