You asked, and we listened! As a follow-up to Blueprint Training Week, many leaders asked for more resources related to program management. We have added a brand new section to the Chapter Playbook that focuses on making hosting events easier to navigate.
First up, a budgeting tool. Consultant and Meetings Director, Shara Wells, uses Smartsheet to track expenses and revenue for meetings. Smartsheet includes budgeting templates for events, conferences, parties, etc.
Secondly, Vice President of Professional Development Alaina Faiello, shared what it looked like behind the scenes to plan this year's P+P. With that, we have created a Program Outline Workbook that includes tabs to monitor responsibilities, show flow, speaker information and Zoom information in the case of virtual events.
Lastly, chapters may want to consider using a High Level Design Document to breakdown each session by learning objectives, timing, delivery, instructor, etc.
