Does your governance model resemble a smothered hamburger? Have extra layers such as cheese, tomatoes, bacon, etc. been added? These extras may be good on a burger, but they should be avoided when it comes to governance, as many times it results in bigger boards, lengthy processes, unnecessary filters and stifled progress.
