Monthly Chapter Staff Webinar: August 2020 Member & Chapter Services Update
VP of Member and Chapter Services, Corey Mathews, CAE, provided an update from the Member and Chapter Services Team during the August Monthly Chapter Staff Webinar. During the last month, the Chapter Services Team was fully built out with the addition of Chapter Services Manager, Zach Levin. If you have not had your introductory call with Zach, please schedule one with him today!
Key focuses of the Chapter Services Team include:
- Improving chapter communications through blogs, webinars and regularly scheduled meetings with Zach.
- Continuing to provide chapter support through the CET Team (staff to staff support) and the FLEX Team (volunteer to volunteer support).
- Building out a chapter coaching program to improve reporting and create a bench-marking tool.
Corey also provided a sneak peak of the new Chapter Playbook! Instead of flipping through a printed document, staff and leaders will soon be able to access the Chapter Playbook online in an interactive format. Highlights will include sections on Chapter Services, Operating a Chapter, Chapter Leaders and Chapter Staff.
Lastly, Corey announced that a new membership overview and structure has been developed and NAIFA is in need of sales volunteers. Within this new structure, below are the roles of NAIFA vs. Chapters in regards to membership.
