It's time to submit your 2022 Chapter Leaders! All Chapter elections should be completed and reported by Monday, November 15. Each Chapter is required to submit this report only once. The form not only asks for 2022 Chapter Leaders, but also requests your Chapter mailing address, phone, email, and website. If applicable, please fill in your Chapter social media information as well. If you are a State Chapter, you will also need to provide information on your lobbyist.
