Looking for Additional Mentor-Mentee Pairs
Due to the program's continued success, we are seeking additional mentor-mentee pairs to expand the program! While anyone in NAIFA is eligible, mentors should have at least 10-15 years of experience in the industry, while preference will be given to mentees who are the newest to the business. Once you sign up as a mentor, or a mentee, matches will be made based on interest areas and compatibility profiles. Each matched pair will chart their own path using the easy-to-use MentorLoop software. The best part? The program is FREE to NAIFA members!
